This grant is made on the condition that the Property be used solely and <br /> perpetually for constructing the San Mateo County Replacement Jail Project immediately <br /> adjacent �o the Property, uses ancillary to the San Mateo County Replacement JaiI �roject, or <br /> other go�ernmental use of the Az-operty by Grantee ("Governnnental Pnrpose"}. I�the Property <br /> is not used solely and perpetualiy for this Public P�atpose, then Grantor or its successor and <br /> assigns, without paying any compensation for any iinprovements thereon or without making any <br /> compensation or incurring any liability for damages or losses of any kind, sha21 have the power <br /> to terminate all right, title, and interest in the Property to Grantee and its successors and assigns, <br /> in the znanner provided by law.Immediately on such a tennination, Grantee or its successors and <br /> assigns, shalI forfeit all rights or title to the Property, and the Property sY�all revert to Granter or <br /> its successors and assigns.
