Information Only Report:Communications with the Department of <br /> Finance—Update <br /> Mr. Ponty said that he received a generic letter soon after the <br /> agenda packet went out, with the basic message by the DOF that <br /> "all and any appeals" are "dead". He said that staff will bring back Brian Ponty <br /> an item on the 3`d ROPS for approval since this item was not <br /> approved by the DOF. <br /> The Chair thanked Mr. Ponty for his hard work. <br /> VIII. Set Date and Agenda for Next Board Meetings <br /> a. August 16:Third ROPS <br /> b. October: Review and approve due diligence review of LMIHF <br /> balances per AB1484 <br /> (Oversight Board Binder Tab No. 3J <br /> There was a request to move the meeting to August 16. After <br /> consultation and discussion the Oversight Board agreed with Brian Ponty <br /> setting the next meeting for August 23, 2012. All concurred with <br /> this decision. <br /> Mr. Ponty made the Oversight Board aware of upcoming deadlines <br /> and Attorney Labadie stated that the directive if to allow for and <br /> include Public Comment. <br /> �x.
