Member Christensen had two questions for staff. One was
regarding the report stating that bond issues were non-existent,when she knows there are grian Ponty
bond issues. Mr. Ponty clarified that there are no bond issues relating to the low and
moderate income housing funds. Secondly, she inquired about a property on Main Street.
Mr. Ponty said that this property was bought through Community Development Grant Funds
(CDBG)and that was the source for its funding and not the low and moderate income
housing funds. So this was not part of this analysis. Ms. Christensen was satisfied. Mr.
Ponty invited public comment, but there was none. He said the Board will act on this report
at its meeting of October 15, 2012.
5.
