ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT <br />(WRECO) <br />This Amendment No. 4 is entered into and effective as of the SLIn day of <br />NOYP� � , 2015(amending the agreement dated October 17, 2012 by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"), and WRECO, ("Consultant') (collectively, the "Parties") for <br />design and construction support services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On October 17, 2012, the Parties executed a Design Professional <br />Agreement; and <br />B. On January 18, 2013, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 1 to <br />Design Professional Agreement; and <br />C. On January 3, 2014, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 2 to Design <br />Professional Agreement; and <br />D. On October 26, 2017, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 3 to <br />Design Professional Agreement. The original agreement, Amendment No. 1, <br />Amendment No. 2, and Amendment No. 3 are collectively referred to herein as <br />"Agreement; and <br />E. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work <br />and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit "A," <br />Scope of Services, Time Schedule and Fee Schedule. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br />been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br />Exhibit "A." <br />2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" Eighty -Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty -Eight and No/100 <br />dollars ($84,368.00), for an aggregate amount of Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Five <br />Hundred Forty -Three and 50/100 dollars ($613,543.50). Consultant will provide City, on <br />a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, <br />hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br />3.
