� � EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Task 3.0 Administrative Draft IS/MND II, Screencheck Draft, Public Draft and Noticing 1. Traffic Study(Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc. — Sub-Consultants) Sub-Consultant completed a draft traffic study for the proposed 24 Hour Fitness Project in Redwood City in December 2012. In accordance with the originally executed contract, the background traffic scenario was based on the background scenario in the Stanford in Redwood City Draft EIR. Because of the magnitude of traffic growth in the Stanford background scenario, the decision has been made to use a different approach for the 24 Hour Fitness Project's traffic study. Sub-Consultant will revise the background scenario to include only trips from a list of approved projects. This different approach will require recalculation of the background and background + project scenarios, revisions to the findings of impacts and mitigation measures, and revisions to the original tra�c report. The cost for these revisions will be based on staff time, not to exceed $2,400. The revisions will take one week to complete. Sub-Consultant will require descriptions, and ideally traffic studies, for the projects on the approved list from the City. Consultant will incorporate changes made to the traffic study by Sub-Consultant into the Transportation/Traffic section of the revised IS/MND as follows: 8 hours x $125/hr(Project Manager) _ $1,000.00 Subtotal = $3,640.00 (includes Consultant's 10% administration fee ($240.00) for Sub- Consultant's work. 2. Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Re-Modeling and Analysis Based on revision to the traffic study (as outlined under item 1 above), Consultant's air quality/GHG analyst will re-run the CaIEEMod model based on the revised traffic and building size assumptions. Consultant shall also potentially re-run the Caline4 model is there are any revisions in traffic that change intersection volumes. Consultant will re- design/re-run the AERMOD model to separate out the individual construction phases, and review and revise the air quality and GHG sections of the IS/MND to incorporate the new modeling results. The revisions to the air quality and GHG analyses will take one week to complete.
