MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> February 4, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-36 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: February 5, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Public Works Department <br /> Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT First Step Recycled Water Pilot Project- Third Season <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 4, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmember Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />MS: Hartnett/Pierce Approve expenditure of budgeted Capital Improvement Program <br />funds for temporary treatment and storage improvements at the South Bayside System <br />Authorizy (SBSA) wastewater treatment works, and; <br />Authorize staff to execute a reimbursement agreement between Redwood City and SBSA <br />for final agreed amount not to exceed $130,000.00 and; <br />Request that SBSA establish a wholesale rate of charge for 2002, for production of <br />recycled water to be served by Redwood City to specified irrigation water meters in <br />Redwood Shores; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
