9.3 ASSIGNMENT. Licensee may not assign this Agreement or any part of it, <br /> or any monies due or to become due under it, without the prior written <br /> consent of Licensor. <br /> 9.4 AMENDMENTS. This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of <br /> Licensor and Licensee. Any amendment will be in writing, signed by both <br /> parties, with a statement of the changes in charges or time schedule. <br /> 9.5 CLAIMS_ Licensee shall promptly notify Licensor, in writing, of any <br /> occurrences on the Premises which involve any injury to person or <br /> property. Licensee shall provide Licensor with a full written description of <br /> the facts, circumstances, nature and resolution of the occurrence and shall <br /> provide Licensor with a map or diagram depicting the place the event <br /> giving rise to the injury occurred. Licensee shall also provide Licensor <br /> with the names and addresses of persons involved. Licensee shall <br /> promptly provide Licensee with copies of any claims for injury or damages <br /> of any sort, including complaints filed in any court. <br /> 10.
