Exhibit A <br /> Timeline and Compensation <br /> Consultant services wiil be provided for a total of approximately 468 hours $120 per hour for <br /> a total contract amount not to exceed $56,160, not including additional incidental <br /> reimbursements noted below. This amount is calculated for an average 26 hours per week <br /> x18 weeks (4 month contract). Services will be provided for an average 26 hours weekly (to <br /> be adjusted by the City and the consultant based on meetings, objectives and work <br /> products). <br /> Work under this contract will be completed by November 30, 2012 <br /> Billing will be done on a monthly basis by the consultant. <br /> Additional incidental reimbursements including mileage (at the approved IRS limit amount), <br /> tolls, parking, not to exceed a total of $2,000 during the term of the agreement. Consultant <br /> will provide services remotely except for required meetings. <br /> Other services as mutually agreed upon. <br />
