Develop pre- <br />(Redwood City customer verification, dwelling or facility ownership insp methods, <br />verification and installation authorization, databasing and avoidance of ownership verification <br />"double-dipping"2, pre-inspection of high-volume multi-family and systems, and other <br />commercial-institutional installations as necessary) requirements for direct <br /> install element: <br /> JK - 4 hours <br /> ME - 4 hours <br />Fixture Disposal and Recycling: Contracts - Direct-Install and Rebate Program Elements <br /> RC to complete arrangements <br />Negotiate and execute contract(s) for old toilet disposal and recycling and integrate them into the <br />(scheduling pick-ups, rendering fixtures unusable, recycling components, plumber contracts (direct <br />pricing of services, etc.) install) and the rebate <br /> program. <br />Third Task <br /> Rebate Program Element Design and Set-up <br /> Assist in developing <br /> forms and other <br />Rebate Program design (rebate conditions and documentation requirements, administrative and <br />customer application and approval process, integration with Redwood City qualification guidelines <br />fmance system of the cash collections office) for the rebate program: <br /> JK- I hour <br /> ME - 10 hours <br />2 Double-dipping is defined as a customer replacing fixtures through the Program and participating later to replace <br />the same fIxtures.
