Our services for the project ~ill kxclude the following: <br />Access Control Design and Related Signs and Other Improvements <br />Provide access control desi~ dm~?~3gs and specifications f'o~ the M~rshal! Street parkLqg structure. Th~s <br />will include the following: <br />l. Based on electromc files ?fexJsting Marshall S£re¢t Parking Structure drawings and specifications <br />provided to us by the Ci~.', develop access control layouts with necessa~ impruvements to the <br />Marshall Street Parking Structure facility for review. <br />2. Based on review and approval of the concept, prepare final drawings and specifications for this work. <br />This will include detailed layout of control lanes~ required improvements in terms of curbs, islands, <br />electrical and commumcation conduits, signage, restriping and other improvements for proper <br />operation of the facility. <br />Fees and Payments <br />We propose to provide the services described above, excluding reimbursable expenses, on a lump sum fee <br />basis.
