The applicant shall show that the waiver or modification is necessary to <br />make the housing units economically feasible. <br /> <br /> 7. The granting of a density bonus, a concession or an incentive shall not be <br />interpreted, in and of itself, to require a general plan amendment, zoning change, or <br />other discretionary approval. <br /> <br /> E, Judicial Review. <br /> <br /> An applicant subject to a denial of a requested density bonus, incentive or <br />concession may obtain review of the decision in the appropriate court pursuant to the <br />provisions of California Government Code Section 65915 as that section may be <br />amended from time to time. <br /> <br /> F. Fees. <br /> <br /> Every proposal shall be accompanied by a reasonable filing fee in an amount as <br />may be established by resolution of the Council." <br /> <br />Section 2.
