<br />Section 8. That Article 11 (PO (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) DISTRICT), subsection
<br />11.2(B), Article 12 (CA (CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE) DISTRICT), subsection 12.2(I),
<br />Article 13 (CN (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT), subsection 13.2(G),
<br />Article 14 (CB (CENTRAL BUSINESS) DISTRICT), subsection 14.2(G), Article 15 (CG
<br />(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT), subsection 15.2(J), Article 17 (IR
<br />(INDUSTRIAL-RESTRICTED) DISTRICT), subsection 17.2(G), Article 18 (IP
<br />(INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT), subsection 18.2(N), Article 19 (Gl (GENERAL
<br />INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT), subsection 19.2(I), Article 23 (PF (PUBLIC FACILITIES)
<br />DISTRICT), subsection 23.2(D), Article 29 (CO (COMMERCIAL OFFICE) DISTRICT),
<br />subsection 29.2(H) (Permitted Uses in Nonresidential Districts), respectively, of the
<br />Redwood City Zoning Code be amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br /> "Family child care homes, within residential structures, in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Section 39.3."
<br />
<br />Section 9. That new Subsections 16.2(F), 24.2(E), and 26.2 (QQ) (Permitted Uses in
<br />the Commercial Park, Mobile Home, and Central Business Retail Districts) of the
<br />Redwood City Zoning Code be added to read as follows:
<br />
<br /> "Family child care homes, within residential structures, in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Section 39.3."
<br />
<br />Section 10. That new Subsections 4.4 (F), 5.4 (F), 6.4 (F), 8.4 (F), 9.4, (K) and 10.4 (L)
<br />(Conditional Uses in the "R-I", "R-2", "R-3", "R-4", and "R-5" of the Redwood City
<br />Zoning Code be added to read as follows:
<br />
<br /> "Large Family Child Care Home"
<br />
<br />Section '11. That Subsections 4.4(D), 5.4(D), 6.4(D), and 8.4(E) (Conditional Uses in
<br />R-H, R-l, R-2, and R-3 Residential Districts) of the Redwood City Zoning Code be
<br />amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br /> "Child Care Centers in conjunction with public or quasi-public uses;"
<br />
<br />Section 12. That Subsections 9.4(J) and 10.4(K) (Conditional Uses in R-4 and R-5
<br />Residential Districts) of the Redwood City Zoning Code be amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br /> "Child Care Centers;"
<br />
<br />Section 13. That Subsections 11.3(B), 12.3(C), 13.3(B), 14.3(C), 15.3(B), 16.3(C),
<br />17.3(C), 18.3(D), 19.3(D), 23.3(B), 26.3(B), and 29.3 (C) (Accessory Uses in
<br />Nonresidential Districts) of the Redwood City Zoning Code be amended to read as
<br />follows:
