expenses, or liabilities pertaining to the simulators which may be owed to any party, the <br />remaining balance on deposit in the Maintenance Fund and the proceeds from any sale of <br />the simulators shall be distributed by Brisbane in equal shares to each of the SMCTG <br />Members who are parties to this Agreement as of the time of distribution. The distribution <br />shall be accompanied by a tqnal accounting of the Mamtenauce Fund and the sale <br />transaction. <br /> <br />14.
