14. Governing Laws and Choice of Forum. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic substantive laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of laws provisions or rule that would cause the application of the domestic substantive laws of any other jurisdiction. TI'.; parties agree that any and all disputes that concern or arise out of this Agreement and/or the goods delivered pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the State of California, within the County of San Mateo. 15. Attorney Fees. If any action at law or in equity is commenced by either party to enfome or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the party flintily prevailing in such proceeding or action shall be entitled to recover from the unsuccessful party reasonable attorney fees, costs, and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled. 16. Sever.ability. Any te,-m or provision ofthls sales Agreemem that is invalid or unenforceable ia any jurisdiction shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenfomeability and only as to such jurisdiction withom rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms and provision of this Agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of any of these terms or provisions in any other jurisdiction. 17. Integration. This writing is intended by the parties to this Agreeme~.t as the final expression of their agreement and is further intended as the complete and exclusive statement of all or the terms of their Agreement.
