<br />sought payment through Wentz' Change Order Requests No. 1 through 86 as well as <br />compensation for delays in the Project arising from or related to events or <br />circumstances prior to the date this Amendment is signed (including but not limited to <br />Wentz' extended general conditions). <br />D. Developer acknowledges that different or additional facts may be <br />discovered in addition to what it now knows or believes to be true with respect to the <br />matters herein released, and that it agrees that this release shall be and remain in effect <br />in all respects as a complete and final release of the matters released, notwithstanding <br />the discovery of any different or additional facts. <br />12.
