WOODS LAND SURVEYORS, INC. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement <br /> of old and deteriorated waterlines in the vicinity of Hopkins <br /> Avenue in the City of Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS , in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br /> City requires professional topographic surveying services; and <br /> WHEREAS, E.E. Woods Land Surveyors, Inc. of Redwood City, <br /> California represents that it is c�ualified on the basis of <br /> experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br /> Surveying Services - Hopkins Avenue Waterline Replacement <br /> Project" (form dated 11/27/96) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and E.E. Woods Land Surveyors , Inc. , for the performance of the <br /> above-mentioned services , a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> � * * <br /> 12970 <br />
