�:. <br /> ' ' DES:d�k 11/27/96 (060/42) <br /> 12/16/96 <br /> 0 R I G I N A L <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12975 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE PREPARATION OF "CITY DESIGN STANDARDS" FOR THE <br /> WESTPORT SITE <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct <br /> utility lines on and near refuse on the V�7estport site at Redwood <br /> Shores in the City of Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> WHEREAS, �irian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br /> represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br /> Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOViTS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br /> Engineering Services - Preparation of "City Design Standards" for <br /> the Westport Site" ( form dated 11/27/96) , by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California, <br /> for the performance o� the above-mentioned services , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> 12975 <br />
