NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Second Amendment to Agreement- <br /> Joint Operation of Fair Oaks Community Center," (form dated 12/10/96) by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of <br /> California, amending paragraph 5 of the Agreement, a copy of which <br /> Amendment to Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a certified <br /> copy of this resolution and duplicate original counterparts of the Second <br /> Amendment to Agreement approved hereby to the Board of Supervisors, County <br /> of San Mateo. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 12978 <br />
