O R I G I N A L 12/16/96 <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12979 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 10919, ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> TO REVISE THE TERMS OF MEMBERS THEREOF <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 10919 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Advisory Committee and Rescinding Resolution No. 10268," adopted <br /> October 10, 1988, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "2. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. The term of office of each <br /> member of the Traffic Advisory Committee shall be four (4) years, <br /> expiring on May 31, of the fourth year; provided, however, that <br /> appointments to the Committee shall be made such that terms shall <br /> expire in even-numbered years." <br /> 2.
