<br />: ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.4 TO REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />FOR CHILDCARE PROVIDER AT SANDPIPER COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />(CHILDREN'S CREATIVE LEARNING CENTER, INC.) <br /> <br />This permit ("Amendment No.4") is entered into and effective as of the &- day <br />of , 20101 by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />munlclp orporation of the State of California ("Citylf), and the Children's Creative <br />Learning Center, Inc. (IlPermittee") (collectively, the IlParties") for providing child care <br />services at the Sandpiper Community Center. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties previously entered into a permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />Child Care Provider at Sandpiper Community Center", dated August 17, 1998 <br />(the "Original. Permif'); and <br /> <br />B. The Original Agreement was previously amended by Amef)dment No.1, dated <br />July _ 121 2005,. Amendment No. 2 on June 3D, 20081 Amendment No. 3 on <br />September 14, 2009, and again by this Amendment on August 23, 2010. The <br />Original Permit and all previous amendments are collectively referred to herein <br />as the 1l0riginal Permit as Amended": and <br /> <br />C. Permittee continues to meet the terms and conditions of the Original Permit as <br />Amended; and <br /> <br />D. The Permit allows an annual increase in the Monthly Fee by up to five percent <br />(50/0), and the Monthly Fee was last increased in 2009 by 50/0 through <br />Amendment No.3; and <br /> <br />E. The City desires to increase the Monthly Fee by five percent (50/0). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as fo"ows~ <br /> <br />1. Commencing September 1, 20101 Section 8 of the Original Permit as <br />Amended, entitled IlMonthly Fee" will be amended to increase the Monthly Fee by five <br />percent (50/0) or Two Hundred and Two Dollars and Fifty-Eight Cents ($202.58). The <br />new Monthly Fee will be Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Four and Twenty-Seven <br />Cents ($41254.27). <br /> <br />2.
