The City reserves the right to assure compatibility of the services <br /> <br />rendered by Permittee with the operation of the Community Center. <br /> <br />Permittee shall enforce no smoking laws and regulations within the <br /> <br />Premises. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Quality Assurance. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The Director of Parks and Recreation (the "Director"), or his <br />designated representative, will be responsible for evaluation <br />of Permittee's services. Evaluative data will be collected at <br />least twice during a calendar year. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Permittee agrees to work cooperatively with the Director, his <br />designated representative, and others in the Community <br />Center. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Permittee agrees to comply with the stated policies of the <br /> <br />Community Center and other regulations as set forth, from time to <br /> <br />time, by the Community Center and the City. <br /> <br />8. Monthly Fee. Permittee shall pay City, at 1017 Middlefield Road, <br /> <br />Redwood City, CA 94063, in advance, the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred <br /> <br />Dollars ($3,500) per calendar month (the "Monthly Fee"). Payments shall be due <br />on the 10th of each month. The Monthly Fee shall be due and payable for the <br /> <br />occupancy of the Subject Premises regardless of whether the Subject Premises <br /> <br />are used by Permittee. The Monthly Fee for the first month or portion thereof <br /> <br />shall be paid on the day the term commences. The Monthly Fee for any partial <br /> <br />month shall be prorated at the rate of 1/30th of the Monthly Fee per day.
