Rate increases will be subject to City <br />approval. <br />Reimbumablecosts <br />Reproduction, special photography, postage, delivery services, express mail, printing, travel, parking, and any other <br />specialty services performed by subcontractor will be billed at cost plus 5%. <br />Mileage will be billed at the current IRS allowed rate <br />. Field personnel rates are inclusive of vehicle, mileage, phone, computer, etc. Inspection rates shown are for prevailing <br />wage projects.
