City Manager. <br /> • Recommends real property disposal and acquisition policies to the <br /> Council and oversees implementation. <br /> • On a case-by-case basis, designates project manager and team <br /> members comprised of staff from various departments to manage <br /> real property acquisition and disposal projects. <br /> • Along with the project manager, the project team will typically <br /> include representatives from the following departments: City <br /> Attorney, Community Development, Finance, and City Clerk. <br /> Other departments may be designated as needed or affected by <br /> the land acquisition and disposition process. <br /> • Keeps a copy of inventory of City-owned properties. <br /> 4.
