D. - Page 13 <br /> EXHIBfT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND TIME SCHE�ULE <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Analysis and e�aluation of existing issues, future demand and policy tools related to the <br /> dowr�town parking program. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> Task 0.0 Projec# Management and Communication <br /> Consultant shall maintain a sound working relationship �etween the team, the City, and project <br /> stakeholders during the course of the project. This task includes project rnanagement activities <br /> and the scoping process required to de�ne further phases of the project and develop a clear, <br /> cor�mon understanding of goals and objecti�es. Consultant shall remain highky accessibie and <br /> shall proactively maintair� clear cornmunications during the course of the con�ract. Consuitant <br /> shall be responsive to the City's project manager regarding project management acti�it�es so <br /> that mid-caurse modifieation, if appropriate, can be made as the work effort progresses. <br /> Consuitant shall hold a kiek�off rrteeting with the members of City staff to: <br /> i} discuss and review the proposed project strategy, scope of serv�ces, project milestones, <br /> and schedule to snsure that they meet project objectives and that they are clearly <br /> understood; <br /> ii) establish a clear understanding of project team services; <br /> iii) clarify each project task and establish responsibilities, reporting, coordinatian and <br /> iogisticai procedures; <br /> iv) ob�ain key project data and doc�rner�ts; and <br /> �} perform project area reconnaissance with ci#y staff. <br /> Task 0.0 Deliverahles <br /> • Kick�off meeting <br /> • Submit updated work planire�ised scope within one week of kick-off meeting <br /> • Monthly progress reporks <br /> + Conference calfs as needed <br /> Task 1.0 Baseline Canditions <br /> Task 1.1 Data Collection <br /> The data coliection task is fundamental to a�l other aspects �f the parking study and proper data <br /> coilection is a prerequisi#e for understanding current parking issues in the downtowr�, projectir�g <br /> future demand, and analyzing new policy toofs. Based on the study`s objectives, Consultant <br /> shall collect data as described below.
