All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, Being a portion of Lot 1 shown on map of "Ackerson and Lathrop's Land in San Mateo County" filed July 1 1863, in the office of the County Recorder on page 51 of Book 3, said map being a true copy of an original map recorded in Volume "E" of Maps at Page 22, and also as designated on that map entitled "Oakwood Park No. 2, Subdivision of portions of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Oakwood Park and the Northwesterly portion of Lot 1, Ackerson and Lathrop Land, Redwood City, California, recorded Nov. 4, 1940, in Book 23 of Official Maps at page 9, San Mateo County Records, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line of EI Camino Real (100 feet wide) with the southerly right-of-way line of Oakwood Drive (40 feet wide). Thence along the Westerly right-of-way line of EI Camino Real, South 47°48'20" East, 7.61 feet, thence leaving said right-of-way line, South 32°32'00" West, 202.84 feet, thence North 47°48'20" West, 7.61 feet, to a point on the right- of-way line of Oakwood Drive (40 feet wide), thence along the southerly right-of- way line of Oakwood Drive, North 32°32'00" East, 202.84 feet to the Point of Beqinninq.
