The following real property asset transfers occurred from the RDA to
the City':
Address APN Description/ Use Lot Size
Sq. Ft
1012 Main Street 053-137-010 Library Parking 20,200
Facility
 707 Bradford Street 052-372-200 Vacant Parcel 10,670
 777 Bradford Street 052-372-170 Vacant Parcel 13,500
 611 Heller Street 053-155-050 Vacant Parcel 5,006
No Address (vacant lot 053-147-040 Vacant Parcel with 7,438
at Lathrop) Creek Culvert
No Address (vacant lot 053-182-030 Vacant Parcel 14,351
at corner of Lathrop
and Maple)
1 In addition to the properties identified in the table above, there was a purported transfer of property
at 850 Jefferson (APN 052-366-130 Parcels B& C). This was in error and was ineffective. Staff
incorrectly understood that the land was owned by the RDA, but subsequently learned that the property
had in fact been owned by the City since November of 2004.
