Adopt resolution of the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency approving the grant of, and authorizing execution of grant deeds and certificates of acceptance for, three City-owned properties to the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency. BACKGROUND In March 2011, the former Redwood City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) sold a number of parcels of land to the City as redevelopment agencies throughout the state were being dismantled. The following real property asset transfers occurred from the RDA to the City': Address APN Description/ Use Lot Size Sq. This was in error and was ineffective. Staff incorrectly understood that the land was owned by the RDA, but subsequently learned that the property had in fact been owned by the City since November of 2004.
