ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City COl'ncil which is not on the agenda or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subiect VOL. wish to address is not on the aaenda, <br />please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetin<< Law) precludes the Council from <br />\akina anv action at this time.
