DES:dp:9/12/74 <br /> .1�/R'����}�� <br /> RESOLUTION N0.� 268 �1¢ ?� <br /> AGREEMENT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT AMENDING IMPROVF.MENT AGREEMENT <br /> (PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Peninsula Celebration <br /> Association, a California corporation, entered into an agreement <br /> entitled "Improvement Agreement-Peninsula Celebration Association" <br /> dated January 9, 1962, in connection with the subdivision of <br /> certain lands then owned by said Peninsula Celebration Association <br /> and designated by the following San Mateo County Assessor's Parcel <br /> Numbers: 052-382-16 and 052-382-17; and <br /> WHEREAS, Fireside Thrift, a California corporation, is the <br /> successor in interest of Peninsula Celebration Association to the <br /> aforesaid Parcel Nurnber 052-382-17, and is likewise one of the <br /> successors of said Peninsula Celebration Association with respect <br /> tn the rights and obligations of said Association under the afore- <br /> said agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, said agreement provides for the construction by said <br /> Peninsula Celebration Association, and/or its successors, of certain <br /> public im�rovements therein described; and <br /> WHER�AS, Fireside 7."hrift proposes to construct, or cause to <br /> be constructed, the aforesaid public improvements as successor in <br /> interest to said Peninsula Celebration Association in accordance <br /> with certain terms and conditions which require the amendment of <br /> the aforesaid agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Amending Improve- <br />
