CGM:dp: 9/3/74 <br /> VI��Uf�� <br /> RESOLUTION NO .'7262 ��"}� � �� o�-�� <br /> RE50LUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR FITTINGS, <br /> BRASS, AWWA, FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER l, 1974, <br /> THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1975; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br /> CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> contract �ocuments for Fittings, Brass , AWWA to be used by the <br /> Water Department for municipal purposes for th� period October 1., <br /> 1974, through September 30., 1975 ; anc� <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has revi.�wed the same and desires to <br /> �ignify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents prepared in the office <br /> of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City C1er�c, <br /> consisting of notice of seal.ed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions and agreement, for the furnishing of Fittings, <br /> Brass , AWWA to b� used by the Water Department for municipal <br /> purposes for the p�riod October l, 1974 , through Septemb�r 30, 1�75, <br /> are h�reby approved, <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized an�� directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in accord- <br /> ance with the contract documents therefar, said advertisement to <br /> be in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set forth in <br /> the above mentioned contract documents , <br /> * * * <br />
