CGM:wg: 9/5/74 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O . <br /> ►� 2 5� ��IGINAL' <br /> s��s •7a <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SAFETY ELEMENT FOR THE <br /> GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> wHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Code of the City <br /> of Redwood City, the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Redwood City has initiated proceedings for the adoption of <br /> a safety element for the General Plan of the City of Redwood <br /> City, to wit: the "Safety Element of the General Plan" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, said Commis- <br /> sion has forwarded to this Council its approved "Safety Element <br /> of the General Plan" with the recommendation that said element <br /> be adopted by this Council as the safety element of the <br /> RPdwood City General Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, this Council <br /> desires to adopt said "Safety Element of the General Plan" <br /> as the safety element of the Redwood City General Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That the Council of the City of Redwood City, after <br /> public hearing duly set, noticed and held, does hereby adopt <br /> the above entitled "Safety Element of the General Plan" <br /> approved by the Planning Commission as the safety element <br /> of the General Plan of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
