CGM:dp:9/16/74 R <br /> a�PCi�v�� <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. � � � g SEP�.s 74 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SEISMIC ELEMENT FOR THE <br /> GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Code of the City <br /> of Redwood City, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a Seismic <br /> Element for the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, to <br /> wit: the "Seismic Element of the General Plan" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, said Commission <br /> has forwarded to this Council its approved "Seismic Element of <br /> the General Plan" with the recommendation that said element be <br /> adopted by this Council as the Seismic Element of the Redwood <br /> City General Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing, this Council <br /> desires to adopt said "Seismic Element of the General Plan" with <br /> revisions thereto made by this Council as the Seismic Element of <br /> the Redwood City General Plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That the Council of the City of Redwood City, after public <br /> hearing duly set, noticed and held, does hereby adopt the above <br /> entitled "Seismic Element of the General Plan" approved by the <br /> Planning Commission with revisions thereto made by this Council, <br /> as the Seismic Element of the General Plan of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
