Marlin Subdivision No. 4 on file in the office of the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 2 . That said owner or subdivider shall, before the <br /> release of said final map to the owner af record and as a <br /> condition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to <br /> the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br /> bond in form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing <br /> the faithful performance by said owner or subdivider of all <br /> work and the construction of all improvements designated or <br /> mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein speci- <br /> fied, the amount of said bond to be Three Hundred Thousand and <br /> no/100 Dollars ($300, 000.00) , ,. and also a good and sufficient <br /> bond in form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br /> payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and <br /> materials incurred in the construction of any and all said <br /> improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed <br /> to b� done by the said owner or subdivider , the amount of <br /> said bond to be Three Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars <br /> ($300, 000.00) . <br /> 3 . That said owner or subdivider shall, before the release <br /> of said final map to the owner of record and as a condition <br /> precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and <br /> file with the City C1erk certificates or policies of public <br /> liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> above mentioned agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> of Marlin Subdivision No. 4 ", on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> That those certain specifications approved by the City <br /> Engineer, entitled "Redwood Shores Townhouses, Marlin Subdivision <br /> No. 4", and thase certain plans entitled "Redwood Shores Town- <br /> houses, Marlin Subdivision No. 4", which plans and specifications <br /> -2- <br />
