i <br /> ,'� . <br /> CGM:dp: 9/4/74 <br /> ORiG�NAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O . ��_�� O �p�,g 'T4 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURI�L SERVICES IN <br /> CONNECTION V�TITH PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS IN MEZES PARK <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert land- <br /> scaping in connection with Phase I improvements in Mezes Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, SINGER AND HODGES, has represented to the City that <br /> it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the <br /> services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> I�niEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> ment by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer and Hodges, <br /> for the performance of the aforesaid landscape architectural <br /> services, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve said contract and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> 8/30/74) by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer anc� <br /> Hodges, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full terms and <br /> conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> � * * <br /> � �� «�`` �_i <br /> . ;s <br /> � <br />
