I <br /> CGM:wq:9/2Q/74 <br /> ��tU�1V� <br /> RESOLUTION N0. � 2 "75 ��� � � ��f� <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br /> ONE CARD PUNCH, VERIFIER AND INTERPRETER <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7249, adopted August 26, <br /> 1974, the City Clerk calle�d for bids for the furni�hing of one <br /> card punch, verifier and interpreter, to be used for municipal <br /> purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received and <br /> filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, TAB Products Company, Mountain View, California, <br /> only bidder for the furni:�hin_q of said equipment, and it is <br /> the intention and desire of this Council to award said bid <br /> to TAB Products Company; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. The bid of TAB Products Company, in the total net <br /> delivered price to the CiLy of Redwood City of Six Thousand <br /> Four Hundred six and 38/100 Dollars ($6,406.38) , for the furnish- <br /> ing of one card punch, verifier and interpreter, in accordance <br /> with the specifications therefor, is hereby accepted and said <br /> bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder <br /> for the furnishing of said equipment. <br /> 2. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> hereof are hereby waived. <br /> 3 , The City Manager is hereby authorized to e�cecute an <br /> agreement with TAB Products Company for the furnishing of the <br /> above mentioned equipment in accordance with and subject to the <br /> � � � � <br /> I <br />
