"� 2 "76 S�P231974 <br /> RESOLUTION REJECTING BID RECEIVED FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> AND INSTALLATION OF STEEL BOOK STACKS; AND DIRECTING <br /> RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7250, adopted August 26 , <br /> 1974, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing and <br /> installation of steel book stacks to be used for municipal purposes ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received and <br /> filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing and installation of <br /> said steel book stacks; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> reject the bid received pursuant to said call, and to authorize <br /> and direct the City Clerk to return the security deposit received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The bid received under date of September 10, 1974 , by <br /> the City of Redwood City for the furnishing and installation of <br /> steel book stacks, pursuant to call for bids authorized by <br /> Resolution No. 7250, is hereby rejected. <br /> 2 .
