i <br /> MSR:dp/10/3/74 <br /> ORlG��IAfi. <br /> R E S O L U 'I' I O N N O . � � � `°' ��� � ���� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br /> REMOVAL AND CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE WORK AT DESIGNATED <br /> LOCATIONS, IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY CLERK TO CALL F'OR BIDS THEREFO R <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> plans and specifications £or the removal and construction of <br /> concrete work at designat�d locations in the City of Redwood <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said plans and specifica- <br /> tions and desires to apprave the same and authorize and direct <br /> the City Clerk to call for. bids for the aforementioned removal <br /> and construction of concrete work; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain plans entitled "Removal and Construction <br /> of Concrete Work - Redwood City", those certain standard specifi- <br /> cations entitled "City of Redwood City Standard Specifications" <br /> (form dated August 1974) , and those certain special provisions <br /> entitled "Special Provisic�ns For Redwood City' s 1974 Removal <br /> And Construction Of ConcrE�te Work In The City Of Redwood City, <br /> California", prepared in �he office of the Department of Public <br /> Works, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk :�s hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for th� construction of the above mentioned <br /> improvements, in accordan�e with the plans and specifications <br /> therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned specifi- <br /> cations. <br /> * * * <br /> � � (7 � <br /> I <br />
