KNOWN AS 910 MAIN STREET, <br /> REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNI:A, SUBJECT TO LEASE BACK <br /> O F A PORTION THEREOF; P►ND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> PUBLICATION OF NOTICE GF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE SAID <br /> PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, the acquisitic>n of a fee simple interest in the <br /> property known as 910 Main Street, Redwood City, California is <br /> in the public interest and necessity and is for municipal <br /> purposes ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purchase ��rice of said real property and <br /> improvements exceed the sum� of Two Thousand Dollars and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($2 , 000.00) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve the acquisition of said real property, subject to a <br /> lease back to the grantor of a portion thereof, at a total pur- <br /> chase price of One Hundred Sixty-one Thousand Two Hundred Ten and <br /> No/100 Dollars ($161, 210. 00) ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds and determines that the public <br /> interest, convenience and necessity require the acquisition of <br /> the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes . <br /> 2 .
