"7293 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION ��4 '� <br /> UF AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SER- <br /> VICES IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION IMPROVE- <br /> MENTS FOR STULSAFT PARK <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert land- <br /> scaping in connection with construction improvements for Stulsaf� <br /> Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, THEODORE OSMUNDSON AND ASSOCIATES, has represented <br /> to the City that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to <br /> perform all of the services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> ment by and between the City of Redwood City and Theodore <br /> Osmundson and Associates, for the performance of the aforesaid <br /> landscape architectural services, and it is the intention and <br /> desire of this Council to approve said contract and authorize <br /> its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> 9/27/74) by and between the City of Redwood City and Theodore <br /> Osmundson and Associates, a copy of which agreement is on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made <br /> for the full terms and conditions thereof, i� hereby approved, <br /> and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> F� .,� �'� �-'� <br /> ` -�� � ��:� <br /> I <br />
