<br /> �rSOLUTION �WARDING CONTRACTS FOR FURNISHING OF FITTINGS,
<br /> BRASS AND AWWA FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR THE
<br /> PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 1974, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1975.
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7262, adopted September 16,
<br /> 1974, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of fittings,
<br /> brass and AW4vA to be used by the Water Department for municipal
<br /> purposes ; and
<br /> WH�REAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed
<br /> with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; and
<br /> WHEREAS, GROENIGER AIvD COMPANY, Oakland, California, was the
<br /> lowest responsible bidder for Items l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 , 9, 14, 1.1,
<br /> 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 3Q, 31, 32, 33,
<br /> 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 4 9; and
<br /> EDWARD �. WALSH COMPANY, San Jose, California, was the lowest
<br /> responsible bidder for Iterns 8, 17, 18, 22, 25, 38, and 40; and it
<br /> is the intention and desire of this Council to award bids far said
<br /> items to the designated bidders ;
<br /> NCW, THEREFORE;
<br /> B�, IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY,
<br /> AS FOLLOWS :
