7/13/79 R <br /> <br />tenant, lessee, or other occupant of all single and multiple family <br />residences, and other structures at which persons reside, and from <br />all places of business within City, at least once each week in <br />accordance with this agreement. Company may establish reasonable <br />rules and regulations for these services. Such rules and regulations <br />must be approved by City prior to their implementation by Company. <br /> <br /> 10. Removal of Public Garbage Without Charge. Company will <br />remove, without charge, all garbage at all City facilities,. including <br />City Hall, Police Department, Municipal Services Center, Main and <br />Branch Libraries, Fire Department, all Fire Stations once per week <br />within the City. In addition, Company will remove the garbage <br />collected by City from its Parks, Recreation Centers, Parking <br />Garages and Street Refuse Cans, without charge. <br /> <br /> 11. City-Wide Clean-Up Days. Company will at the request of <br /> <br />City, at least four times a year on dates to be specified, collect <br />and dispose of garbage and rubbish in excess of that placed in individual <br />containers. Such garbage and rubbish shall be placed at curb side in <br />containers or securely tied in bundles which can be easily lifted by <br />one person on the day scheduled by Company. Owners or occupants will <br />be notified by City of the scheduled day of special pickup. An <br />additional charge for this service shall be included in the rates <br />to be collected from the owner or occupant. <br /> <br /> 12. Sanitary Provisions Applicable to Trucks. Company <br /> <br />shall use, in connection with transportation of garbage, modern <br />motor dump trucks with water-tight bodies. Company shall keep <br />the outside of the bodies free from dirt and filth, and shall <br />clean the inside of the trucks in a sanitary manner each time <br />after dumping, and shall take all suitable measures to prevent <br />garbage from falling into public streets or places. Company <br />shall keep all such trucks freshly painted in a uniform <br />manner, and the firm name, phone number and number of each <br />truck shall appear on each side thereof in a conspicuous <br /> <br /> -4- <br /> <br /> <br />
