This indemnification is based the State <br /> regulations existing on August 1, 1992, and the plans contained in the SBTSA member <br /> agencies SRRE dated ~_~.;,_"~ .1992. Should these regulations or plans be amended <br /> BFI's indemnification extends only to the extent that, but not less than the extent that, <br /> the source reduction and recycling goals contained in the regulations in effect on <br /> August 1,1992, and the SRRE dated ~1992, are not met. <br /> <br />X.
