Audit Review <br /> <br />The auditors should issue their audit report no later than <br />November 30 of each year (see Exhibit III). Prior to the issu- <br />ance of their report, the SBTSA and their consultants should meet <br />with the auditors to review the results of the audit as dooumen- <br /> <br />ensure that: <br /> <br /> o The audit work performed was consistent with the audit plan <br /> reviewed by the SBTSA; and <br /> <br /> o The scope, including any revisions due to errors or <br /> weaknesses discovered during the course of the audit, was <br /> adequate. <br /> <br />This meeting should take place as soon as possible after the <br />close of the audit fieldwork so that any additional testing which <br />may be required can be performed without delaying the rest of the <br />rate setting process. <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
