<br />Sandra Parker, its true and lawful attorney and affix irs corporate seal rd and deliver for and on
<br />behalf as surety thereon or otherwise, bonds of any of the following classes, to wit:

<br /> including those required or permitted under the laws or regulations relating to Customs or

<br /> Disposal Services of Missouri, inc., BF1 Waste Systems of North America, Inc. and BFI
<br /> Waste Services, LLC in connection with bids, proposals or contracts.

<br />To sign and seal all bid bonds and surer'/bonds on behalf of Allied Waste industries, Inc. and irs
<br />subsidiaries, relating to the provision of solid waste collection, transportation, recycling or
<br />disposal services by Allied Waste Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Allied Waste Industries,
<br />Inc. hereby a~ees to rafi~ and confirm whatsoever Marsh USA Inc. shall [awfully do pursuant to
<br />this power of attorney and the letter agreement dated October 29, 2002 between Marsh
<br />USA Inc and Allied Waste Industries. Inc. and until notice or revocation i~as been given by Allied
<br />Waste industries, Inc. the acts of said attorney simll be binding on the undersigned.
