<br /> Electronic Arts Inc. owns three (3) Taxable Parcels in the District, that are improved
<br /> with buildings with a total of 742,003 Developed Commercial Square Feet, including the
<br /> Company's headquarters as well as space for sales, marketing, administration and research
<br /> and development functions, and a 49,000 square foot conference center. The buildings are
<br /> located at 207 and 209 Redwood Shores Parkway and 250 Shoreline Drive in the City. The
<br /> three (3) parcels are responsible for 17.11% of the 2012-2013 Special Tax levy in the District (a
<br /> total of $155,185.34), and the combined assessed value of the three (3) parcels for 2012-2013
<br /> is $179,850,635.
<br /> According to its website, Electronic Arts Inc. was incorporated in 1982, and develops,
<br /> markets, publishes and distributes game software content and services that can be played by
<br /> consumers on a variety of video game machines and electronic devices (platforms). Its
<br /> products include software for video game consoles, such as the Sony Playstation 3, Microsoft
<br /> Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii; personal computers, including the Apple Macintosh; mobile
<br /> devices, such as the Apple iPhone and Google Android compatible phones; tablets and
<br /> electronic readers, such as the Apple iPad and the Amazon Kindle, and the Internet, including
<br /> social networking sites, such as Facebook. The Company also offers online-delivered content
<br /> and services that are add-ons or related to its packaged goods products, such as additional
<br /> game content or enhancements of multiplayer services. It provides other games, content and
<br /> services that are available only via electronic delivery, such as Internet-only games and game
<br /> services, and games for mobile devices.

<br /> Redwood Shores Parkway in the City. The two (2) parcels are responsible for 7.84% of the
<br /> 2012-2013 Special Tax levy in the District (a total of $71,108.88), and the combined assessed
<br /> value of the two (2) parcels for 2012-2013 is $120,959,791. The law firm of Weil, Gotshal &
<br /> Manges has leased 101,000 square feet of space in one of the buildings, which lease had a 15
<br /> year term. The buildings are currently managed by Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark
<br /> Knight Frank, and more information regarding the two (2) parcels can be found on the Equity
