<br /> Special Tax Levies and Delinquencies
<br /> Special Taxes were first levied in the District in fiscal year 2002-2003. There have never
<br /> been any delinquencies in the payment of Special Taxes levied in the District. See also
<br /> "SECURITY FOR THE BONDS—County Teeter Plan."
