this Section I shall, for all 1-,)urposcs, of this agreement, have <br />the meanings herein specified. <br />.?\c,,reemcnt <br />The term "agreement" shall mean this agreement dated <br />as of <br />Authority <br />The term "authority" shall mean the authority created <br />by Section 4. <br />Belmont <br />The term "Belmont" shall mean the City of Belmont, a <br />municipal corporation and general law city duly'arganizcd and <br />existing in the county under the Constitution and laws of the <br />State. <br />City and Cities <br />The term "city" shall mean Belmont, Redwood City or <br />San Carlos. The term "cities" shall mean Belmont, Redwood <br />City and San Carlos. <br />Commission <br />The term "co-mmission" shall mean the Water Quality <br />Administration commission referred to in Section 5 hereof which <br />shall be the governing board of the Authority. <br />Controller I <br />The term "controller" shall mean the City Auditor of <br />Redwood City, designated as controller of the Authority in <br />Section 6. <br />Fiscal Year <br />The term "fiscal- year" shall mean the fiscal. year of the <br />city referred to, being for each city as of the date of this <br />-2- <br />
