It is the City Council intent that its election in Section 1 above apply <br /> to the following: <br /> (a) Any amounts that were due for the 2009-10 through 2011-12 fiscal <br /> years; <br /> (b) Any amount that will be due for fiscal year 2012-2013; and <br /> (c) Any amount that will be due for each subsequent fiscal year <br /> following fiscal year 2012-2013. <br /> Section 3. If any section, subsection, clause, or phrase of this Resolution is for <br /> any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> portion(s) of the Resolution. The City Council hereby declares that it would have <br /> adopted the Resolution and each section, subsection, clause, or phrase thereof <br /> irrespective of the fact that any one or more section(s), subsection(s), clause(s), or <br /> phrase(s) be declared invalid. <br /> Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed and authorized to transmit a copy <br /> of this resolution to the Executive Director of the Successor Agency for the former <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and to the Auditor-Controller of <br /> San Mateo County. <br /> Section 5.
