Under subsection, "Employee Contribution to Employer Share of Pension," the <br /> following language shall be added: <br /> Effective the first full pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2014, each <br /> unit member shall pay an additional two percent (2%) for a total of seven <br /> percent (7%) toward the employer cost of retirement. <br /> Section BI. Confidential Classifications <br /> The following classification shall be added: <br /> Management Analyst I/II — Confidential <br /> Section BII.
