and their respective boards, commissions, committees, officers, employees, <br />agents, attorneys, and consultants. <br /> <br /> 10. HOLD HARMLESS. Developers, jointly and severally, shall defend, <br />indemnify and hold harmless Agency, its governing Board of Directors, the City <br />of Redwood City, its governing Council, and their respective boards, <br />commissions, officers, employees, agents, attorneys and consultants, from and <br />against any and all claims, suits, causes of action, or other proceedings in law or <br />in equity for damages, losses, injuries to person, including death, or property, <br />including loss of use or value thereof, costs of suit (including, without limitation, <br />reasonable attorneys fees and costs and fees of witnesses, including expert <br />witnesses) (collectively, "Claims") arising out of, or in any manner connected with <br />this agreement or activities or transactions conducted or made by or for <br />Developers them, in pursuance hereof, in pursuance of a proposed DDA, or in <br />pursuance of any applications for to the City of Redwood City for approvals <br />related to the Development. Without limitation upon the foregoing, the duty to <br />defend, indemnify and hold harmless hereunder expressly extends to activities or <br />transactions made, or attempted to be made, with respect to the acquisition of <br />property, or any interest therein, related to the Development.
