ATTACHMENT 8 <br />Parking Facili ,ty Costs <br /> <br />The "Parking Facility Costs" shall be determined as follows: <br /> <br />All costs related to the underground parking including planning, design, engineering, <br />construction management, mapping, and construction costs (based on lowest responsive and <br />responsible bids to developer) minus the estimated costs for a standard foundation under the <br />retail/cinema building including design, engineering, and construction costs. <br /> <br />The "Parking Facility Costs" shall be determined by using the following formula: <br /> <br /> Total construction cost (based on lowest responsive and responsible bids to developer) <br />Plus Architectural and engineering fees <br />Plus Geotechnical fees <br />Plus Building Permit fees <br />Plus Subdivision Map fees <br />Plus Survey fees <br />Plus Construction Management costs <br />Plus Testing and Inspection costs <br />Minus Construction cost for standard foundation under Retail/Cinema building <br />Minus Architectural and engineering design fees for the standard foundation <br />Equals "Parking Structure Purchase Price" <br /> <br />DOCSSF1:648942.4 <br />9975-5C14 <br /> <br /> <br />
